    u can buy egg whites in a carton, shit is good and only costs 6 bux for 32 egg whites. How does it taste...? If you cook them in an egg white omelette lets say?

    I agree to everything said above except for the 4.5 x BW in grams of protein... That's probably a little excessive. But I guess it's better to get too much than too little.

    What is your PWO meal? Make sure you include a decent meal about an hour after training... 300-400gm steak/chicken/fish wtih broccoli is a good choice Also, your diet looks OK if your goal is to lose weight... but with your weight and height, I doubt that diet is sustainable... I weigh less than half of what you weigh and eat about the same as you (when dieting). As someone mentioned, do not forget about legs. And be sure to include squats and deads in your workout plan

    I did a 10week cycle back in July this year.... It's not something I like admitting on a public forum b/c I have a lot of mates on here and I don't want to attract the wrong kind of attention - so I hid the fact that I did a cycle. I am not ashamed of doing it because it helped me get to where I am much quicker than if it was natural. The amount of strength & size gained (and kept post cycle) was enormous.

    Scrambled is the way to go! I scramble about 6eggwhites and 2yolks with spinach and tuna. on wholemeal toast it tastes great.

    TBH i am a little shy taking a video at my gym but i'll try to get in on the weekend when there's less people to do a leg session. I doubt I can squat 180kg anymore... I tried 180kg on wed last week and failed it. I managed to do 170kg x 4 so ill see how I go with this week and decide if I should move up or not. All my lifts have dropped a little in the last couple of weeks and I presume its due to my diet. I have cut my diet to only 4meals a day with very minimal carbs coming from only green vegetables. I have dropped to approx 69kg and expect my bodyfat count to be at 12-15% currently. In regards to whether I have taked steroids... I HAVE NOT!
